The BlitzFoil Salon Kit is everything a stylist needs to run the full BlitzFoil highlighting technique from the first section to the final fold: pre-cut foils, two Snaketooth weaving combs, and the Body Board. This is the kit that made “a foil every 10 seconds” possible for South African colourists for over two decades.

What’s in the Kit

Two Snaketooth combs, one for fine weaving, one for thicker, chunkier streaks, so you can match the weave to the look you’re building. Pre-cut, memory-fold foils that hold their shape once wrapped. And the Body Board, the piece that turns colour application from a fiddly, two-handed balancing act into a clean, repeatable motion.

How the BlitzFoil Technique Works

Starting from the nape, section out a paper-thin piece of hair and hold it as you would for any weave. Comb the section out flat from underneath, and with a light, firm grip, tap the Snaketooth comb straight in and out of the section to weave it. Keep your grip and move the comb toward your body, letting the woven streaks fall free onto your bottom hand. Collect the free streaks on top and let go of the bottom section. Slide the loaded Body Board tightly underneath the streaks, against the scalp, and apply colour with an applicator starting from the centre and working toward the scalp. Fold the top foil over using your fingers or the applicator and press down to secure it. Remove the Body Board and repeat.

That sequence, foil, weave, board, colour, fold, repeat, is the whole reason a stylist can move through a full head in around 30 minutes instead of the hour-plus a manual highlighting session usually takes.
